Frequently asked questions

Does this cover the Purple Line?

No — the Purple Line uses a different fare table. This calculator covers the Blue Line only, which forms Bangkok's main MRT loop.

Can I use a single card between BTS and MRT?

BTS and MRT are separately operated and use separate stored-value cards (Rabbit for BTS, MRT card or Rabbit for MRT depending on current integration), so fares and cards generally don't carry over between the two systems.
