Why would I have overpaid tax during the year?
Employers withhold tax monthly based on an estimate of your annual income. If your actual deductions or allowances turn out higher than what your employer assumed, you'll have overpaid — filing your annual return claims the difference back.
Where do I find my total tax withheld?
It's on your payslips (or your annual withholding tax certificate, form 50 ทวิ, from your employer) — add up the tax withheld line across the year.
